Wedding Day Transportation
Who knew this would be one of the most difficult things to coordinate?
Since we have a large number of people, we’ll likely have to settle for a shuttle bus to take wedding party peeps from The Inn to the chapel, then around for pictures post-ceremony, and back to The Inn for cocktail hour/reception. That is fine, though. We don’t need to be riding in style.
But then we’ll need another car for parents/grandparents, and then another limo at the end of the reception. We’re not even going anywhere (hehe), we’re just doing a fake send-off. Hey, it’s a great photo-op! We plan on going out after the reception, either downtown Blacksburg or the bar in the hotel.
But anyway, point is…we’re going to hire a limo to drive us around the block and then drop us off right back where we came from. I saw a hilarious idea in place of a limo, but I can’t decide if it’s fun/funny or just completely tacky. I’ll keep that a surprise.
